Eluned Zoë Aiano

Bio: 

Eluned Zoë Aiano filmrendező, szerkesztő és fordító, eredetileg vizuális antropológus, aki elsősorban Közép-Kelet-Európával foglalkozik. Anna Bennerrel közösen készített rövid animációs dokumentumfilmje, az All Her Dying Lovers, először a Hot Docson volt látható, és megjelent a New York Times Op Docs szekciójában is. 2022-ben az IFDA Academy hallgatója volt. Több különböző rezidenciát is elnyert, például a Wapping Artist rezidenciát Berlinben, a Pépinières Européennes de Création rezidenciát Quebecben és az ENOA rezidenciát az Aix- en-Provence-i operafesztiválon. Eluned Zoë Aiano

Bio: 

Eluned Zoë Aiano is a filmmaker, editor, and translator with a background in visual anthropology whose work is generally centred on Central/Eastern Europe. Her short All Her Dying Lovers, an animated documentary made in collaboration with Anna Benner, premiered at Hot Docs and was published on the New York Times Op Docs section. She attended IFDA Academy 2022. She has been selected for various residencies, including the Wapping Artist Residency in Berlin, the Pépinières Européennes de Création residency in Quebec and the ENOA residency with the Aix- en-Provence Opera Festival. She also writes about film and is a regular contributor to the East European Film Bulletin.

Angelos Rallis

Bio: 

Angelos Rallis filmjei a nyers valóság és a fikció közötti határokat feszegetik. Saját élettapasztalataiból merít ihletet, és témái szokatlan családi struktúrák, poszttraumás viselkedés, veszteség és sors köré épülnek. Vizuális és művészi megközelítése valahol a kontemplatív mozi, a színház és a fikciós esztétikával kiegészített kreatív dokumentumfilm között helyezkedik el. A hosszú snittek és az elnyújtott idő lehetővé teszi a rendező számára, hogy a közvetlen környezetükben bemutatott szereplőket részletgazdagon ábrázolja. Munkái a lassúság érzetét keltik, elég időt hagyva a nézőnek, hogy megértsék és kapcsolatba kerüljenek a szereplőkkel, valamint elmerüljenek az előttük kibontakozó történetben.

Angelos Rallis

Bio: 

The films of Angelos Rallis push the boundaries between raw reality and fiction. He draws inspiration from his own life experiences and revolve around unconventional family constructs, post-traumatic behaviour, loss and fate. His visual and artistic approach resides somewhere between contemplative cinema, theatre and creative documentary with fictional aesthetics. The long takes and extended durations permit the director to depict the characters, framed by their immediate environment, in detail. His work induces a sense of slowness so that the viewer has time to understand and connect with the characters and to become immersed in the events unfolding before them.

Nemanja Vojinović

Bio: 

Nemanja Vojinović filmrendezőnek tanult a belgrádi Színművészeti Karon, ahol 2012-ben diplomázott a Where's Nadja című film társszerzőjeként, amit osztálytársaival közösen készítettek. Reality, Fuck Off című rövid dokumentumfilmjével helyi és nemzetközi fesztiválokon is nyert díjakat. Első, egész estés dokumentumfilmje a Las Distancias (2017) volt, a Bottlemen a második. Tagja a DokSerbiának, a szerb dokumentumfilmesek szövetségének.

Nemanja Vojinović

Bio: 

Nemanja Vojinović studied film directing at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade, where he graduated in 2012 as co-author of the film Where’s Nadja, with colleagues from his class. His short documentary film Reality, Fuck Off won awards at regional and international festivals. He follows his feature documentary debut Las Distancias (2017), with Bottlemen. He is a member of DokSerbia – Union of Serbian documentary filmmakers.

Oksana Moiseniuk

Bio: 

Oksana Moiseniuk Ukrajnában született és ott diplomázott újságíróként. Jelenleg Csehországban él. Charón (2021) címmel készített egy rövidfilmet, első dokumentumfilmje A háború nyolcadik napja, amelyet a Jihlava IDFF Czech Joy versenyében mutattak be, és egyben a fesztivál nyitófilmje volt. A film nemzetközi bemutatója a Müncheni 38. DOK.festen volt.

Bio: 

Oksana Moiseniuk was born in Ukraine, where she graduated as a journalist. She currently lives in the Czech Republic. In 2021, she shot a short documentary, Charón. Her debut feature-length documentary, 8th Day of the War premiered at Jihlava IDFF, in the Czech Joy competition, where it was the opening screening. The film had its international premiere at 38. DOK.fest München.

Catherine Haigh

Bio: 

Catherine Haigh szenvedélye az antropológia és a néprajzkutatás. Egyetemi tanulmányai során a nők egészségének helyzetére specializálódott, aminek keretében szíriai menekültek csoportjával végzett kutatásokat. A közös munkából díjnyertes diplomamunkát készített, amelynek témája a migráció és a termékenység voltak. Cat jelenleg a L'Oréal értékesítési vezetője. A munka és a filmgyártás világán kívül megszállott utazó, többek között járt egyedül Indiában vagy önkéntes munka keretében segített a nepáli földrengés utáni helyreállítási projektben.

Catherine Haigh

Bio: 

Catherine Haigh has a passion for anthropology and ethnographic research. During university, she specialized in women’s health and conducted research with Syrian refugees that led to an award-winning thesis on migration and fertility. Cat is currently a sales manager for L’Oréal. Outside of work and film producing, she’s an avid traveler – from solo tours of India, to volunteering for earthquake recovery projects in Nepal.
