Bio:
Emil Langballe (b.1982) studied broadcast journalism and video production in Aarhus and New York before earning an MA in documentary filmmaking at the British National Film and Television School. His MA film, Beach Boy (2013) has been shown worldwide and was awarded in festivals like Karlovy Vary, Thessaloniki, Tampere and Hot Docs. Emil has directed the children’s doc series, Josefine’s Farm (CPH:DOX 2015). The Wait is his first, longer documentary film.
