100UP investigates the will to live. It presents a colorful selection of centenarians from all over the world. Despite the ticking of the clock, these over-100s cling to life and set new goals with a joie de vivre. They have overcome disease, and lost partners and children. Yet, at 100+, they start each day anew and remain active, curious and creative, despite the betrayal of their own bodies.
