Directed by: Sofia Fischer
France, Belgium, Luxemburg, 2024, 74 min

In France, a child is killed by its mother every ten days. This is more complex than it seems. By giving a voice to some of these imprisoned women and their families, this documentary unveils an unknown, even taboo, social phenomenon.
Following the screening, film critic Lili Mesterházy will moderate a discussion with two Hungarian experts on the topic: Mária Herczog, child rights and child protection specialist and family sociologist, and Ágnes Solt, criminologist. The discussion will be held in Hungarian.
The screenings of the Re:Verzió program series will take place from 12 March until 12 June. If you want to be informed about other events, subscribe to our newsletter and follow our news on Facebook.
