Students of the ELTE Department of Film Studies (instructor: Beja Margitházi) and the Department of Media and Communication (instructor: András Müllner) examine the significance and role of the human rights documentary film festival, alongside critical analysis of the films; their essays, recommendations and interviews appear on the Verzió Blog.

Students of the METU Graphic Design Master's program (instructor: Krzysztof Duczki) design alternative film posters for the documentaries in the program, from which students of the Design Culture BA organize an exhibition in the Central Gallery of the Blinken OSA Archivum.

For the first time, third-year students of the University of Pécs, Faculty of Music and Visual Arts, Graphic Design Department (instructor: Anett Sz. Eszteró) design alternative posters for the films in the Pécs program, organized as a joint exhibition in Apollo Cinema, the Pécs venue of the Verzió Film Festival.
