Between November 12 and 19, 2025, we will hold the Verzió Film Festival in seven regional cities: Pécs, Szeged, Kecskemét, Veszprém, Miskolc, Szombathely, and Debrecen will screen selections from this year's festival program.
PÉCSI VERZIÓ - November 12-16 - Apolló Cinema
Between November 12 and 16, documentaries will once again take center stage at the Apolló: the Pécs selection of the Verzió Human Rights Documentary Film Festival, in line with this year's motto, "We exist together," will present diverse stories of community life, identity, freedom, and acceptance. The program explores issues of social exclusion, war, gender identity, family, faith, power, and human dignity through everyday stories and personal narratives. After the screenings, discussions with experts and stakeholders will help us further reflect on what it really means to exist together today.

SZEGED VERZIÓ - November 15-19 - Belvárosi Mozi
For the first time this year, the Belvárosi Mozi cinema in Szeged will screen a selection of films from the Verzió Film Festival between November 15 and 19. Five films explore five important topics from five countries around the world: the front lines of the war in Ukraine, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, questions of science from the perspective of a Hungarian research physician, the situation of marginalized Indian women, and the struggle of the American Amazon union.
